How do I pay?
When you access any Vianet Learning Academy course you can purchase it using our secure PayPal service.
Do I need a PayPal account?
No! You can pay using your own Credit or Debit card via the PayPal system.
How many times can I work through the course?
As many times as you want.
I have several employees, can I obtain multiple licenses for a single course?
Yes. As well as individual licenses you can purchase a five-user package or an unlimited-user package.
Can I organise on-site training?
Yes! On-site training courses can be arranged. Please submit your query using our ‘Contact’ tab and someone will be in touch to discuss your needs.
Do you offer bespoke training packages?

Can I access Vianet Online content using my mobile phone or iPad?
Yes! All Vianet content is supported on mobile devices or iPads.
Is management reporting available?
Yes! It is possible to track each user’s progress through each course.
How do I obtain my certificate?
Upon completion of our online learning content your personalised certificate is available to print.
